About A Center 4 Change

A Center 4 Change provides counseling and psychotherapy services at an affordable rate. We support the whole person by empowering individuals to help themselves.
We now offer individual and marital counseling. This includes but is not limited to treatment for depression, anxiety, anger management, parenting skills, domestic violence victims, LGBT community, and victims of emotional, physical and sexual abuse. Counseling for substance abuse and families who are affected by substance abuse is also available.

    • Appointments available Tuesday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays by appointment

    Hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call (606) 393-5586 to schedule an appointment.
